What happens
As the sun goes down, the animals gather by the old oak for their bedtime concert — crickets chirping, bees humming, leaves rustling soft. Fern the frog loves the music more than anything, but she hides behind a leaf every night, sure her voice sounds funny. Then Cricket notices her and invites her in. Fern takes one little hop closer, opens her mouth, and sings a small, lovely ribbit that keeps the beat for the whole song.
